Catering Service

Food and beverage world offers an unlimited number of possibilities. The below selection is only part of what we can offer you. Please feel free to share with us your ideas and we will be happy to put together a proposal for you.

Food station service or preset plated menus are services provided for receptions. Prices start at $38 US per person.

Some of our recommendations are the following:

Entress Caesar Salad Cesar salad served with golden chicken in teriyaki sauce. Calamari salad Warm calamari and fresh spinach salad with sesame sweet dressing. Goat cheese salad Warm goat cheese served on croutons with mixed fresh lettuces, cherry tomato and fine herbs dressing. Patria salad Slices of fresh mozzarella, avocado and tomatoes with vinaigrette dressing. Lobster bisque Cold avocado cream with a touch of coriander Lamb risotto



Main Courses Red snapper filet glaze with lemon sauce, served with savage rice and steamed vegetables. Coconut shrimps with Tequila money dressing on fresh mango scallops. Grilled fresh salmon with almond crust served with mushrooms risotto. Beef filet seasoned with a selection of green, red and white pepper served with mashed sweet potatoes. Fresh mahi mahi filet seasoned with lemon and fine herbs served with fresh mushrooms risotto. Shrimp stuffed Mexican peppers. Fresh salmon oven cooked with onions, green and black olives, cappers and red pepper served with wild rice.		Desserts Fresh seasonal fruit tart with mango glace. Flambé strawberries sautéed in green pepper and Tequila with vanilla ice cream and cream. Cream brulee. Guayaba caramel flan. Vanilla ice cram served with a selection of fresh tropical fruits. Chocolate brownie with vanilla ice cream and a touch of Tequila. *Prices are in US dollars, per person and are subject to 15% gratuity.

Open Bar Services



Domestic $40 per person -Includes: Beer (Corona and Pacífico), rum, vodka, gin, brandy, tequila (Cuervo Gold, Hornitos reposado, Cazadores reposado and Jimador Reposado), whisky, bourbon, cocktails (margaritas, mojitos, piñas coladas, daiquiris), coffee and tea.	Complete $50 per person -Includes: Beers , Smirnoff and absolute vodka, national gin and Bombay gin, tropical cocktails, rum selection (Appleton, Bacardy, Añejo, etc);tequila selection ( Cuervo Gold, Sauza Hornitos, Jimador , Cuervo Tradicional and cazadores); Chilean wine, Champagne toast Louis Perdrier, sodas, coffee and tea service.	Premium $60 per person -Includes: full bar service, champagne toast, Chilean and French wine, coffee, tea, juices, mixers, complete tequila selection, brandy and cognac selection, Scotch and whiskey selection, assorted liquors, imported gin and vodka, etc.

Music for Ceremony and Reception

Coordination Fees

Our coordination fee includes all services required to organize and coordinate the ceremony and wedding reception. Additional to the services strictly connected with the wedding day, but included in our fee, we organize transportation, activities for the guests, tours and spa treatments. It is our intention to offer a complete array of services creating a unique experience for the couple and attendees.

We also extend to all our couples a very special fee of $175 to coordinate any additional event as welcome party, rehearsal dinner and brunch.

Wedding day-coordination

Our job is to look after every detail so that you can relax and enjoy your wedding day. We offer wedding day-coordination services to those couples who love being involved in all the wedding arrangements and DIY projects and they only need someone to overlook, coordinate and supervise all details the day of the wedding. Our day-coordination service includes meeting bride and groom before the wedding day to review the wedding program, visit ceremony and wedding site, go over the agenda and review list of suppliers. Our coordination staff will show up at wedding location the morning of the wedding day and will stay until the reception is over (no later than 1 am).

Other Arrangements:

Flowers: It depends on the flower selection, but you can consider these costs as average $45 for table arrangement, $85 for the bride’s bouquet, $18 for groom’s boutonnière, $90 for a rose petal aisle for the ceremony.

	Hairdo and make up: Estimated $180 for trial and service the day of the wedding. Surcharge applies if the service is provided outside the beauty parlor.

		Rental equipment: The cost for renting tables, napkins, chairs, tablecloth, china, silverware and glassware is not included in the food and beverage prices. Prices for rental equipment start at $9 per person. Deluxe Setting: Includes fine tablecloth and tablecloth cover, Tiffany chairs for ceremony and reception, fine fabric napkins, candles, silverware and china. Starting at 12 US per person.

Wedding cake: Starting at $5 per person. We offer a wide variety of flavors, shapes and designs. Price do not include decoration.
