Planning a Valentine’s Day destination wedding for 100 guests was a daunting task. Especially since we wanted to pull off a total of three memorable events with lots of details! From the instant our Welcome Party kicked off on Thursday night until the last song played on our wedding night, the constant buzz amongst our guests was that this was the best wedding ever! Gaby and Guillermo went above and beyond to make our vision a reality. They drove hours and hours to locate a hundred hard-to-find beach blankets for our guests. They connected us with the absolute best vendors in every instance. They even choreographed a fireworks show! I am so grateful to the two of them for all of their incredible work to make our wedding such a wonderful occasion. For the rest of our lives we will continue to look back in amazement of how absolutely perfect it was!

Dear Gaby and Memo, Campbell and I have just returned from our honeymoon, and wanted to send a big thank you for Marweddings’ services which exceeded our expectations. You both were truly amazing to work with, and we appreciate your patience, professionalism, attention to detail, flawless execution and amazing wedding day management. It was without doubt our dream wedding, and the word on the street with our guests, including our photographer, is that it was the “best wedding” anyone had ever been to. And when you’ve been to as many weddings as our friends you know that has to mean a lot!

"Thank you" seems such a trite expression in this instance. Everything – from the wonderful cocktail event, to the fabulous beachside rehearsal dinner, to the rockstar reception – was classy, elegant, beautiful... exactly what we wanted. You took our vision, and made it yours. The execution was near flawless, every detail attended to. Most important, you worked with us to have all the events created to our liking and tastes, and allowed our guests to experience a weekend that felt perfectly tailored to the two of us.

In the days since the wedding, we have had so many guests email us with an opening line that consists of the phrase "best wedding ever." Others have thanked us for including them in such a fabulous "extravaganza." And still a few more have said that they just "could never have imagined anything quite like" the wedding you helped us throw.

So this is to say thank you, thank you, thank you!! You helped give us memories of a lifetime, and ones which we will take with us always. And if there should ever be a request for references, or a question or concern from any of your prospective clients, I hope you will send them our way. We can’t wait to share the most glowing reviews!

Hi Memo and Gabbi-

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Mar Weddings- I did a lot of research being an event planner myself, and I trust Memo with his taste, style and overall knowledge in the planning and timing of the ceremony and wedding. They have great ideas about venues and other activities for guests. Guillermo LOVES what he does- I first met him at Villa Amor, and our second time back meeting with him, he always has a smile on his face and is excited to please. He knows what he is doing, he knows the people, and the area. Nothing is overpriced, and he works magic if you are having budget decisions to make- which items are more impactful, etc.

Thank you again for all that you did. You were such hard workers and very detailed, Clark and I were just on Cloud 9 and I felt like I was walking on clouds for 2 days!
